These mixers use
stator rotor configuration or saw tooth cutter impeller and are widely used for
high shear rate applications. They are available in from 0.37kw to 5.5 kw and in
two standard speeds of 2800 rpm and 1400 rpm. Flange mounting and hanging
mounting is standard mounting features. Lifting lowering stand suitable for
different tank sizes is also an optional accessory to Cyclone high speed
disperser.
CYCLONE Homogenisers & Dispers are
available in different mounting arrangements: flange, stool or other supports.
Different models are available depending on application, volume, viscosity, and
specific gravity. Other than standard models these mixers can be designed to
suit specific requirement at optimum efficiency and minimum of power
rating.
